Kate Kincaid is a licensed clinical mental health counselor, psychotherapist, and author based in Tucson, Arizona. She is the founder of Tucson Counseling Associates and co-creator of Southwest Love Fest, a conference on relationships and community. Her writing has appeared in TIME, Chacruna, and other publications, and her book The Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Treatment Companion is available from New Harbinger Press.
Her work spans personal essay, clinical education, and cultural commentary — covering psychedelics, relationships and ethical non-monogamy, perinatal and postpartum mental health, and the often confusing intersections of therapy and real life. She writes to make complex, overwhelming topics feel human and navigable, and to help readers feel less alone in whatever they’re carrying.
